1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at donocore.buzz and the services offered by LMH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, operating as Dono Core, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Dono Core provides computer systems design, integration, consulting, and managed infrastructure services. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in separate service agreements with clients.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes uploading malicious code, unauthorized access, site interference, automated extraction, impersonation, and legal violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All Site content is the property of Dono Core or its suppliers. You may view and print content for personal use provided you do not modify or distribute it without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to maintain confidentiality of the other's information, use it only for the engagement, and return or destroy it on request. These obligations survive termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dono Core shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service during the preceding twelve months.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided as-is. We disclaim all implied warranties. Services warranties are as set forth in the applicable service agreement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dono Core from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or unauthorized Site use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Site access at any time. Services termination rights are as set forth in the applicable service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation, then by arbitration in Hong Kong under HKIAC rules. Either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemic, or infrastructure failures.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with applicable service agreements and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
